[貴重書] The World of Stereographsの詳細情報

1800年代中旬に一斉を風靡したステレオグラフ（立体写真）の歴史性、風土性、スタイルなどを考察する一冊。10 Posters 10 Artistes エレン・フライス。古書。絶版‼️ 2冊 Richard Kern: Contact High。商業出版の通常のスタイルにあるはずの書誌情報がなく私家版Private Publishingと思われる。洋書 NEW YORK SAUL LEITER。著者のWilliam C. Darrahはステレオグラフ研究者として知られていた人物。完売‼️ UNION Issue 06 Autumn & Winter 2014。1940年代中盤にこの特異なメディア形式の作品を多く発見。Sonic Youth 「Ecstatic Peace!」 ZINE。歴史や成り立ち研究を行い社会的な意味づけや作品の分類を行いました。ハンス・ベルメール作品集「Hans Bellmer」Hatje Cantz。本書に多くのステレオグラフ（立体写真）が収載されています。洋書 Richard Prince: Nurse Painting。日本に一冊あるかないかというレベルの極めて稀な一冊。プラダ洋書。歴史的考察については以下MoMAサイトを参照下さい。不思議の国のアリス150周年記念限定版。https://www.moma.org/collection/terms/stereographSteteographs is the media that was boomed in mid 18950s. William C. Darrah, the author of this book, became fascinated on this media when he discovered in 1940s. Given the fact that there’s no standard biographical information contained at the title page, the book seems like his private work. Through hundreds of examples the author collected readers can discover historical, geographical and typical values of this media type as visual expressions.Very rare as already unable to find any libraries in Japan or even in the other nations.
